About the Role:
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Female Store Executives to join our newly launched branded seafood outlet at Ajmal Bismi Hypermarket, Thodupuzha. You will be the face of our store, guiding customers, managing day-to-day retail operations, and ensuring a clean and engaging shopping experience.

Work Timings (2 Shifts):
Shift 1: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift 2: 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM
(Shift allocations will be discussed during selection)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and attend to customers in a warm, welcoming manner
• Educate customers about seafood products, freshness, pricing, and cooking suggestions.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and hygiene across the store
• Check product freshness and assist in stock rotation and replenishment
• Coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely availability of stock
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Handle basic customer complaints or queries and escalate when necessary
• Uphold the brand’s image and maintain a professional appearance.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 6 months experience in a retail/customer-facing role (FMCG, grocery, seafood, or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of seafood (or willingness to learn)
• Working knowledge of billing systems and handling cash/UPI/card payments
• Fluency in Malayalam; knowledge of English/Hindi is a plus
• Flexible with shift timings
• Must be polite, punctual, clean, and team-oriented
